Public Notice

Dear families, friends and community partners,

Crossroads Centre is committed to the health and safety of all clients, our staff and the community.  To reduce the spread of COVID-19, we have implemented further protective measures.  We have signs posted at our site of all current precautions and our Centre remains closed to anyone who does not live or work at the Centre.

We are accepting applications for service and completing intake interviews by phone or through Microsoft Teams.  All information about our admission process will be explained as part of planning for your arrival, including self-isolation and arranging on-site COVID-19 testing.

As we continue with diligent screening of individuals in service and our staff, we remind everyone to avoid large gatherings, practice social distancing, wash your hands, cover your cough and most importantly to stay home if you are sick.

We all have an important role to keep ourselves healthy.  Thank you in advance for your understanding and helping to slow the spread of this virus.

We invite you to visit our Facebook page for updates and resources to support you in your recovery.

Crossroads Centre

Crossroads Centre is an abstinence-based program that provides both pre-treatment and post-treatment services to men and women over the age of 18.

Recovery is a lifelong journey that begins after a person stops using substances.  Both our pre-treatment and post-treatment programs support individuals to develop and strengthen connections and skills that reflect their personal recovery goals to live life without substances.

Inspiration and hope in early recovery is also important.  In addition to group programming and one-to-one support we promote peer connections, participation in cultural ceremony, 12-Step meetings, working with a sponsor and engaging in service work to guide and maintain recovery.

We know how difficult it can be to ask for help and visiting our website is a first step. If you are looking for information or to access services for yourself, a loved one or a friend, we are here to help.
